Chapter Startup Application
Do you have a passion for riding and a desire to connect with other like-minded individuals in your area? Are you a natural leader, driven to build community and share the open road experience? If so, we invite you to take the reins and start a new Freedom Road Riders Association chapter in your region. We're looking for dedicated individuals with the vision and initiative to bring the FRRA spirit to their local community. This is your opportunity to forge your own path, build a strong brotherhood or sisterhood, and share the joy of riding with others. Read on to learn how you can become a founding member and lead the charge in establishing a thriving new chapter.

Step 1: Inquire
All new chapter requests must be officially approved by the FRRA National Board of Directors. If you're interested in establishing a chapter in your area, we encourage you to reach out to us. Please contact the board via email at freedomroadriders@gmail.com or complete the application form below. In your initial inquiry, please include your proposed location for the new chapter, as well as a suggested name for the new chapter. This information will help the board assess the feasibility and potential of a new chapter in your region.
Step 2: Membership
A strong foundation is crucial for any successful chapter. To ensure the vitality and sustainability of your new group, each prospective chapter must have at least five (5) founding members. These individuals will form the core of your chapter and will play a vital role in its growth and development. There are no specific distance requirements for where these members reside relative to the proposed chapter location. The key is that all founding members must agree to establish this new chapter as their home chapter.

Step 3: Approval
Once your chapter request and proposed founding members are reviewed and approved by the National Board of Directors, we'll work closely with your new chapter's executive team to ensure a smooth launch. The National Board will meet with your team to review key details regarding chapter operations, guidelines and best practices. The collaborative session will provide you with the resources and information necessary to effectively lead and manage your chapter. Depending on the circumstances, the National Board may also provide the new chapter a small startup fund to help with initial expenses.
Step 4: Establish
With approval granted and guidance provided, you're now ready to take the reins and officially launch your new Freedom Road Riders chapter. This is where your vision and leadership truly come into play. Focus on building a strong chapter brand that resonates with your local community. Cultivate a vibrant and engaged membership by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Actively host events, rides, and gathering to foster camaraderie and build lasting bonds among your members. Most importantly, make sure your chapter has a visible prescience in the public eye!

The open road awaits - ride on and build a thriving chapter!
